What Will It Cost Me?

This is How We Work

Credit Audit & Document Preparation

  • We provide a FREE 1-hour consultation via the phone, Skype meeting, or in-person (Tampa, FL area and surrounding cities) to review your specific credit repair needs.
  • We charge an Initial Audit Fee of $179 Per Person – this is a one-time fee charged 5 days AFTER signing up for our credit repair services.
  • We do not charge an hourly fee.  We charge you only for the items we delete from your credit reports.
  • We charge less than you would pay for a few hours with an attorney.
  • We do not stick you with any hidden fees.
  • We will be there for you every step of the way.
  • A separate credit report and identity theft monitoring fee will apply.

Below are the services included in our Initial Audit:

  • Welcome Call and Detailed Consultation
  • Personalized Audit Report based on your specific credit reports
  • Debt Management and Budget Review
  • 1st Round of Dispute Letters
  • 24/7 Hour Access to Your Account

Deletion Fees and Credit Bureau Reports

  • A deletion fee is invoiced for the complete deletion of an item. The deletion fees below are per item and per bureau. The deletion of ANY item from ANY bureau counts as ONE (1) deletion. The deletion of any account or public record from all three credit bureaus counts as THREE (3) deletions
  • Once you have a balance with us for the items that were deleted, you will be billed no more than $75 a month until your balance is paid off. You will not be required to pay off your balance in full. Example, if there are 6 collections deleted, we will send you an invoice of $300, in which you will be required to pay $75 a month for 4 months.  Of course, you always have the option of paying off your entire outstanding balance at any time.
  • Our clients must also maintain an active credit monitoring service from all three credit bureaus. If the client doesn’t already have one, we will have them sign up for our preferred credit monitoring site which is $1 for the first 7 days and then $21.99 a month. More information can be found at IdentityIQ.
  • Therefore, the most a client would pay monthly is $97, which includes the $75 deletion fees and $21.99 a month for credit monitoring.

We help and guide you from start to finish and we prepare all of the documentation for the various credit agencies. Our fees are reasonable and there are NO long binding contracts. We guarantee results or your money back!

Personal Information – No Charge

We want to make sure the credit bureaus are reporting 100% accurate information. We check to ensure you don’t have to have someone else’s name or address attached to your credit report. Sometimes we find a credit merge has happened and someone else’s information may have wrongly entered your report. We will work to remove the following:

  • Inaccurate or misspelled names
  • Previous employer Information
  • Incorrect date of birth
  • Outdated telephone numbers
  • Incorrect social insurance number
  • Removal of ex-spouse

Late Payments - $20 per item, per credit bureau

We realize you might have late payments on your credit report. It happens to all of us occasionally. We contact the credit bureaus for you and ensure they are reporting 100% accurate information pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the Fair Credit Billing Act (FCBA). Late payments may appear due to:

  • Inaccurate Reporting
  • Deployment
  • Computer Error
  • Job Loss
  • Hospitalization
  • Financial Hardship

Collections - $50 per item, per credit bureau

No one likes working with a collection agency. Collections can seem burdensome and you may not know exactly what rights you have. We will never suggest you don’t pay a collection agency, but before you do, ensure they provide proper validation and are able to prove the account outstanding is yours. There are times when collection agencies report inaccurate information on your credit report so it is their responsibility to provide verification the account being reported is accurate. They must do the following:

  • Report 100% accurate information
  • They aren’t in violation of the FDCPA or FCRA
  • Ensure the balance is correct
  • Mark the account ‘in dispute’ when disputed
  • Provide account validation when disputed
  • Delete the account if there is no proof

Charge-Offs - $50 per item, per credit bureau

A charge-off occurs when your account goes over 180-days past due and the creditor has closed your account. At that time two things may occur; 1) they will hire a collection agency to collect the debt, or 2) they file a judgement against you. Just like any other account, the account must be listed 100% accurate on your credit report. We will ensure the creditors do the following:

  • Report 100% accurate
  • Mark account as ‘in despair’
  • Provide account validation when disputed
  • Ensure balance is listed correctly
  • Aren’t in violation of the FDCPA or FCRA
  • Delete the account if no proof

Foreclosures and Short Sales - $50 per item, per credit bureau

A foreclosure can prevent you from being approved for credit at a later date. Knowing how to request verification or validation can be key to proper remove. Banks must do the following:

  • Report 100% accurate
  • Mark account as ‘in despair’
  • Provide account validation when disputed
  • Ensure balance is listed correctly
  • Aren’t in violation of the FDCPA or FCRA
  • Delete the account if no proof

Public Records (Bankruptcy, Child Support) - $100 per item, per credit bureau

Public records can cause your credit score to drop significantly. Courthouses don’t report to the credit bureaus, so ensuring you get the proper documentation to remove these accounts is important. We can dispute the following inaccurate public records:

  • Chapter 7 bankruptcy
  • State tax lien
  • Chapter 13 bankruptcy
  • Child support
  • Federal tax lien
  • Judgements
